Sambar Powder

Ingredients:

200 gms Corriander seeds
100 gms Red chilli
25 gms Black Pepper
25 gms Cumin Seeds
25 gms Channa Dal
25 gms Urad Dal
25 gms Rice
10 gms Fenugreek seeds 10gms
Turmeric Powder
salt to taste
Asofoteda a pinch
Curry Leaves
5Cloves
2 tspGhee

Method:

1. Heat the ghee in a large tawa and add all the ingredients and fry them till they are golden brown .
2. Grind the to a fine powder.
